
Despite the reduction of Oxford’s housing need (more info here) the leader of the Vale of the White Horse, Matthew Barber, has stated his Council’s desire to press on regardless.

This indicates the Vale’s merging of two distinctive communities – Fyfield and Kingston in order to create a car based dormitory estate, serving God knows where, on an island surrounded by roads and all this despite being advised that the housing need for the County is reduced.
Which genius thinks that two roundabouts within half a mile on the already congested A420 is a good idea?
