VOWH LOCAL PLAN PART 2 EXAMINATION
The dates when the Inspector will hold hearings as part of the independent examination of the VoWH LPP2 have been set, and are shown in the attached timetable.
The Inspector, Mr David Reid, supported by Mr Ian Kemp acting as Programme Officer, has made contact with all that have responded to the consultation so far.
FLAG will work closely with the Parish Council to co-ordinate our responses as the Inspector has asked that, as far as possible, duplication is avoided both as regards written statements that can be submitted by June 12th, and as regards attendance and making representations in person at the hearings.
It is intended that FLAG and the Parish Council will focus on certain key aspects and co-ordinate our efforts to target these effectively.

You you can help contribute to support this concerted effort if you wish, and not continue with separate submissions; but even if you intend to respond directly and ask to participate individually in the hearings, please let us know, as it would be good for all to have an understanding of the various responses from our community.
