The public relations consultancy being used on the Fyfield and Tubney development proposal is called SP Broadway. If we take a look at the team here we are introduced to the Director David McFarlane MBE . Could this be the same David McFarlane who is a Conservative Councillor within our county? Oh goodness me, it is!
